Terms and Conditions for the FLORIAN Monitor Giveaway 

Eligibility: 

The offer is available to all registered fire departments located within the state of California. 

Each fire department is eligible to receive one (1) free FLORIAN® Monitor license. 

License Details: 

The FLORIAN Monitor license is provided free of charge for a period of one (1) year from the date of activation. 

At the end of the free one-year period, departments may choose to continue using FLORIAN Monitor by purchasing a subscription at the then-current rates. 

Application Process: 

Fire departments must apply for the free license via the online form provided at www.3aminnovations.com/monitor-giveaway. 

Applications must be submitted by an authorized representative of the department. 

The California Fire Chiefs Association and 3AM Innovations reserve the right to verify the eligibility of applicants. 

Usage Limitations: 

The license is limited to use by the fire department that applied for and received it. Transfer or resale of the license is prohibited. 

The license is for use in supporting incident command and emergency management operations and is not intended for any commercial use outside of public safety applications. 

Renewal and Continuation: 

After the free one-year license period, departments may renew their subscription by contacting 3AM Innovations. 

Failure to renew will result in the termination of access to FLORIAN Monitor. 

Termination of Offer: 

This promotional offer is available for a limited time only. 3AM Innovations and the California Fire Chiefs Association reserve the right to end or modify the offer at any time without prior notice. 

Data Usage and Privacy: 

The use of FLORIAN Monitor may involve the collection and processing of data for incident command purposes. By accepting the license, fire departments agree to 3AM Innovations’ data usage policies as outlined at www.3aminnovations.com/privacy-policy

Liability and Disclaimers: 

3AM Innovations and the California Fire Chiefs Association are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of FLORIAN Monitor. 

The software is provided “as-is” without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. 

Governing Law: 

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. 

Acceptance of Terms: 

By applying for and accepting the free FLORIAN Monitor license, the fire department agrees to these terms and conditions. 

Including these terms can help clarify the rules of the offer and protect both 3AM Innovations and the California Fire Chiefs Association from any potential legal issues.
