Mel Passarelli

A proven leader who successfully built 7 companies including Intergraph 911. Among these pursuits, Mel obtained a law degree from Suffolk University and loves to travel the world with his family.​

COO & Co-Founder

A technologist who launched 19 products including rugged tablets and government software platforms. He also made the time to tour the US with his rock band and start a family.

Patrick O’Connor
President & Co-Founder

A first responder whose fire service experience inspired 3AM. His business acumen ranges from building brands to opening a professional sporting complex. He keeps busy raising his two children and two foster children.

Katie Sullivan

A CPA who helped grow several large companies including Moog Inc. In between she found the time to build a preschool business as well as raise a family of her own.

Peter Ungaro
VP of Customer Experience

A mechanical engineer who worked as a director within startups as well as large companies focusing on technical operations, customer success, and product management. Peter enjoys spending time with his wife, walking his dog, traveling and exercising.
