We will assist your department in identifying granting agencies in your region, assist with the technical aspect of writing grants for FLORIAN, and walk you through creating a strong application.
Operational Exercises
Improve your operations with Replay. Use FLORIAN to capture training or incident operations in real-time, then perform an after-action analysis and debrief on an interactive, 3D map with a complete timeline of all operations.
FLORIAN Training
3AM will provide a comprehensive, in-person training experience tailored to your department’s needs. For larger agencies, 3AM can provide training materials and train-the-trainer services.
Technical Support
All FLORIAN users have access to a Support Portal providing multi-channel support. Our knowledge base and YouTube channel also provide helpful information to answer common questions.
Managed IT Services
3AM has experience managing department’s critical devices. We can provide turnkey MDM and deployment services, or we can consult with you to establish best practices for device management and maintenance.

Everett Fire Department
OPERATIONAL EXERCISE
EVERETT SOUNDER SCENE OF VIOLENCE
3AM Innovations partnered with the Everett Fire Department in Washington for an operational training exercise to demonstrate FLORIAN’s effectiveness during a scene of violence. The simulation, conducted in collaboration with the Sounder train company, involved a mass stabbing incident on a train. FLORIAN was tasked with tracking tactical operations throughout the event. The platform also provided a terrain map, which was used to map out ambulance routes to the hospital, and touch annotations enabled real-time notes on victim status, supporting efforts to minimize time to care.
