How do I know which products are best for my team?

Our Location Awareness category is the best plan for a smaller team or rapid deploy teams where the location of your team is paramount, or large teams where knowing height is not needed. (Ex: Ski Patrol, USAR, Large events)

Our Situational Awareness category is the best plan for teams that commonly respond to complex incidents. (Ex: Urban Firefighters, Police, Natural Disaster Response)

Does 3AM Innovations offer special pricing for nonprofit organizations?

3AM is a member of many purchasing vehicles (GSA, SAVVIK, etc.) and we can help provide your team with documentation to skip the RFP process and provide you with a discounted rate through these vehicles.

Do I have ask for a demo of FLORIAN or is there another way to experience the app?

Our team can provide you with a virtual demo of FLORIAN and meet with you for free. If you would like to use FLORIAN at your next training event to test it out, there may be a fee associated with that.

Can I change my licenses from Essentials to Advanced?

We bill annually. If you work with our team, we can upgrade or downgrade your plan at the end of your annual billing cycle.

What happens when my trial of the FLORIAN Deployable Kit ends?

When your weeklong trial of the FLORIAN Kit ends, you can either choose to return the kit to 3AM using the provided return label or extend your trial for another week with payment.
